Metal Materials

With each metal we work with at Thieman, our engineers are trained to execute the highest quality CNC services and metal fabrication services for each order. We can handle small or large-scale production runs and manufacture precision parts that meet the unique specifications of every order.

We work with four main metals; carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. With these four metals, we can perform a variety of different services to get the desired parts needed. For over 20+ years, we have been a leader in the metal fabrication industry and look to continue that with exceptional results.

Our material Options include:

Stainless Steel

Known for its high strength, stainless steel is made from a mixture of different metals. Together, this mixture is responsible for creating one of the most durable metals around. It’s resistance to heat, corrosion and electricity also make it a popular choice for many different industries.

Carbon Steel

One of the most popular metals we work with, carbon steel is broken up into three different types: low, medium, and high. Each one presents its own different set of properties. Low is the least strongest but also the most ductile. Medium carbon steel lies in the middle and provides good ductility and strength. Finally high carbon steel is the strongest of the three but also the least flexible.

Aluminum

This widely used metal can be shaped and cut into almost anything. Its high corrosion resistance and tremendous strength to weight ratio, makes aluminum an ideal choice for many end use production options.

Copper

Most commonly found in heating or electrical equipment, copper is known for its incredible conductive abilities of heat and electricity. It contains a high resistance to corrosion and is both easily ductile and fabricated.
